Please take the time to read the terms and conditions carefully. To use our apartments you must agree to abide by these conditions.
Prices:
All prices are calculated for the apartment per night. The price includes accommodation, as well as water, gas, electricity, linen and towels during the stay. The total amount for your accommodation has to be paid at the latest 2 weeks before your stay, unless you take advantage of our last minute deals, when the total has to be paid at the time of booking or when picking up the keys.
Damage deposit:
A damage deposit of £100 must be paid together with the final payment. The deposit will be returned in full within 7 days from checkout assuming there is no damage to the apartment other than normal wear and tear.
Damage to the apartment:
We will charge for any major damage to our properties or the breakage of any significant items during your visit including a flat fee of £25 for the loss of keys. Charges will be made in a fair manner to put right the damage, or to replace the broken objects. A spring cleaning charge fo £100 will also be made to any guests who are found to have been smoking in the apartment.
Reservations:
Your reservation will be held for 3 days for you to confirm your booking, by acknowledging payment. After 3 days the reservation will automatically be removed from our system. In all cases, full payment must be made at least 5 days before the day of arrival.
Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy is set out to be fair to the client whilst compensating us for lost booking opportunities brought about by the cancellation. The amount charged to the client for making the cancellation is related to the remaining time we have to find alternative bookings and the cost of returning the funds. Therefore it is very important that you give us notice of a cancellation as early as possible to reduce any unnecessary costs to both parties.
Cancellation of standard bookings:
Cancellation of booking more than 4 weeks before arrival date 50% booking deposit will be returned. The customer covers banking costs. Cancellation of booking between 28 and 14 days before arrival date: 25% of the deposit will be returned after deducting banking costs and £30 administration fee.
No show or cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date: all deposit will be retained.
Cancellation of long term bookings:
Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival date: 75% booking deposit will be returned after deducting banking costs and £30 administration fee. Cancellation of booking between 31-14 days before arrival date: 25% booking deposit will be returned.
No show or cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date: all deposit will be retained.
We will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy due to the personal circumstances of the client or force majeure. Personal circumstances include illness, changes in travel plans, travel delays, and any other reasons related to the clients personal circumstances which results in them not being able to fulfil the booking with Krakow Apartments, with the exception of serious illness, serious injury or the death of the client. Force majeure includes war, strikes, natural catastrophes and any other events considered 'acts of God.'
Check In/Out:
You must check out by 11.00 am and check in after 1.00pm. The check in time may be flexible if the apartment was not booked the night before or if the previous visitors leave early. Please contact us shortly prior to your visit to arrange the possibility of an early check. There is a surcharge of £15 for check ins after 10.30 pm which should be paid to the representative who meets you at the apartment.
Payment:
Payments must be made by credit card, PayPal or cash.
Personal Liability:
Krakow Holiday Apartments under no circumstances take any liability for personal injuries or damages sustained by guests staying in its apartments. Guest must confirm that they have personal insurance that will protect them against any injuries sustained while residing in the apartment.
Sleeping Capacity and Usage:
Under no circumstances must the number of guests exceed the maximum stated on your booking form, including babies and overnight guests. Any additional guests over the number described on the booking form will be charged at £20 per person per night. The apartment must not be used for business purposes of any sort without prior agreement in writing.
Complaints:
Any problems or complaints must be made to Krakow Holiday Apartments directly who will respond in a timely manner to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Should we not respond appropriately or not act reasonably in the rectification of any problems, resulting in a significant disruption to the guest's stay in the apartment, a negotiated discount or refund will be given. The liability of Krakow Holiday Apartments shall be limited to the total cost of any amount paid for the booking in question and no more. |
